Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less a 25% administrative fee, will be refunded when the organizing committee receives written notification before February 15, 2024, between February 16, 2024, and February 28, 2024, a 50% administrative fee will be charged. No refunds will be made if the notification is received after March 1, 2024.
